This was my sixth 10K race and my second Sun Run on a such a wonderful sunny day!
Two years ago I joined the Sun Run and its madness for the first time and recorded my personal best at 42:54. Last year, because of the knee injury I decided not to run just a few days before the race.
The downhill from the starting point is quite a chaos and the main goal is to avoid the slow people and those who decide to stop running at the first 1K. Passing through the web of slow people and at the same time watching out other fast runners who are aiming at the same chasm does not only pose a lot of challenges but also increases the running speed itself.
